PROZAP co-organized the XII Symposium “Granulation”

On May 17-19, 2023, PROZAP, as a co-organizer of the event, participated in the 12th National Symposium GRANULATION 2023 “The state of the art and new applications of granulation processes and equipment”, which took place at the Creative Work Center of the Association of Polish Journalists in Kazimierz Dolny, Poland.
This year’s edition, like the eleven previous ones, was a meeting platform for scientists and industry representatives interested in the development and new applications of granulation techniques. One of the goals of the symposium was to exchange experience related to the implementation and operation of the plants.
During the symposium, 19 papers were presented, which were divided into four thematic sessions. Each session was moderated by members of the Scientific Committee. The symposium attracted 29 entities representing i.a. universities, research and development units as well as industrial and production companies applying the granulation process. Media patronage over the event was taken by Miesięcznik Naukowo-Techniczny Przemysł Chemiczny.
“PROZAP, as a specialist design and engineering company for the fertilizer industry, has extensive experience in this field,” says Arkadiusz Sułek PhD, President of the Management Board of PROZAP Sp. z o. o. “One of the latest implementations in this field may be, for example, the Plant of granulated fertilizers based on ammonium nitrate in Grupa Azoty “Puławy” S.A., which production capacity reaches 2.6 thousand tons of fertilizers per day (up to 820,000 tons per year).
