On 20th of September 2022 PROZAP took an active part in this years edition of the Chemistry 4.0 Conference organized by the Polish Chamber of Chemical industry. This year, representatives of production companies, design offices, research and development centers, contractors and solution providers met at the Ibis Styles Lublin Old Town in Lublin, Poland. As part of the theme outlined in the motto of the event “Digital future – happening here and now”, the possibilities of digitization and the introduction of modern solutions in the chemical industry were discussed.

During the conference session, PROZAP and AppsBow presented the vReact virtual training system. PROZAP’s Technical Director, Mrs Elżbieta Gęca, presented the design process, including the creation of a 3D model of the plants, which is the basis for the digital twin of the facilities built later at the construction site. AppsBow’s CEO, Sebastian Zieliński, presented the way in which, on the basis of the 3D plant model created by PROZAP, it is possible to develop training for the operation of the installation, which takes place entirely in VR virtual reality.

PROZAP and AppsBow at a joint stand at the exhibition area demonstrated working VR training solution, which was very popular among visitors – everyone could put on a virtual reality helmet and try their skills at carrying out the tasks envisaged in the training scenarios.
