Privacy policy

  1. PROZAP Sp. z o. o. attaches particular importance to respecting the privacy of users visiting websites in the prozap.com.pl domain.
  2. In the light of the provisions of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), the administrator of personal data of users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) of the Website is PROZAP Sp. z o. o. with registered office in Puławy, Aleja Tysiąclecia Państwa Polskiego 13, 24-110 Puławy registered in the business register, kept by the District Court Lublin-Wschód in Lublin with its registered seat in Świdnik, 6th Commercial Department – National Court Register, Register of Entrepreneurs No. KRS 0000056296, NIP 716-000-44-82 (hereinafter referred to as “Company”).
  3. The administrator has not appointed an inspector for protection of personal data. In matters related to the protection of personal data, Users can contact the following email address: prozap@prozap.com.
  4. Personal data of the users of the Website are processed by the Administrator in order to operate the Website, ensure its proper functioning and for other purposes, resulting from the functionality of the website. Data recorded in logs is used only for the purposes of administering the website.
  5. The User’s personal data will be disclosed to authorized employees of the Administrator and to service providers who have been entrusted with the processing of personal data for the purpose of providing services for the Administrator and their authorized employees – to the extent necessary for the proper performance of these services. The Administrator informs that he will process, data regarding the number (including IP) and type of the User’s terminal device, as well as the time of connection to the Website and other operational data regarding the User’s activity on the Website, pursuant to the provisions of the law in force in the Republic of Poland. These data are processed for technical purposes.

The Administrator declares that he will endeavour to provide the User with a high level of security with regard to the use of the Website, by applying appropriate administrative, technical and physical data protection measures to rule out their accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, unauthorized disclosure or sharing.
  10. Each User has the right to access their data, the right to rectify it, delete it and the right to limit the processing and object to the processing.   11. Each User has the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection when they considers that the processing of personal data concerning the User violates the provisions of the GDPR.
